My book signing at the Soo Line Museum was very fun yesterday! Well, except when a former high school classmate of mine pulled a fake mouse out of his shirt pocket to scare me! He’d read the article in the C-I Courier which mentioned my fear of mice. After I got over the initial shock, I have to admit it was rather funny and he got me good. However, I am writing a second book and I have a very long memory!!!!

Get yourself an older lab rat. Play with it. After taming it, mice won’t bother you at all.
